Bailando is an artistic and event agency founded in 2015 by Katarzyna Pendziałek, an educator, cultural animator, and qualified instructor and choreographer of modern dance. Based in Kędzierzyn-Koźle, it serves clients across the Opole, Lower Silesian, Silesian, and Lesser Poland regions. Its work focuses on active, creative leisure for children and young people, with services for families, businesses, and event organizers.

Bailando offers a birthday venue, children’s dance and acrobatics classes, and mobile entertainment led by animators at celebrations and events. These activities can be arranged for birthdays, weddings, communions, family gatherings, company events, and outdoor occasions. The agency also provides dance performances by its Bailando Cheerleaders, event organization, and music entertainment. Its team includes DJs, animators, presenters, and dancers. Bailando emphasizes a welcoming atmosphere, participant comfort, and safety, and says its staff undertake ongoing professional development. The company also notes that its activities have received recognition from the Mayor of Kędzierzyn-Koźle in the field of culture.
