Bailey’s Clubhouse is an organization that helps families manage the challenges of cancer treatment by providing no-cost childcare for children of parents and legal guardians attending oncology appointments. Its mission is to offer a safe, supportive, joyful setting so parents can focus on their care, while children receive nurturing attention and engaging activities. The service is available to pre-enrolled and scheduled children aged three months to six years whose parent or guardian has a verified cancer diagnosis and a medical referral from an oncology provider.

Bailey’s Clubhouses are supervised by certified childcare specialists and supported by paid staff and volunteers. Their programming, toys, and activities are designed with the needs of children facing stressful circumstances in mind, with licensed pediatric mental health professionals contributing specialized programming. Families complete enrollment and emergency-contact requirements before using the service. By helping parents attend appointments and treatment, Bailey’s Clubhouse aims to ease family stress, address a gap in childcare support, and encourage consistent participation in cancer care plans.
