Its primary goal is to meet the needs of licensed recruiting agencies involved in promoting the overseas job market and deploying qualified Bangladeshi manpower abroad. The association currently represents approximately 2000 government-approved recruiting agents. Recognizing that manpower is a valuable national resource, BAIRA plays a vital role in facilitating the deployment of unemployed Bangladeshi manpower after providing them with the necessary training.
