Jennifer McHenry is the talented baker behind the award-winning food blog, Bake or Break. As a self-taught baker, Jennifer shares her love for baking through simple and delicious recipes that are sure to satisfy any sweet tooth. Growing up in Mississippi, she learned the importance of home-baked food and its significance in our lives and culture.

Inspired by memories of her grandmother's warm and wonderful treats, Jennifer brings her own twist to classic recipes. Based in New York City since 2010, Jennifer's kitchen is where most of the magic happens. With the help of her husband Quinn, who is not only an excellent sous chef but also a skilled photographer, Jennifer captures the beauty and flavors of her creations.

She started by baking others' recipes before falling in love with recipe development. Every recipe she shares on her blog is either her own creation or credited to its original source. To stay connected with her fellow bakers, Jennifer encourages them to follow her on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest for baking inspiration and to share their photos of her recipes.
