OLV Human Services is a Western New York nonprofit organization continuing Father Baker’s legacy of caring. It partners with children, adults, families, and the community to support quality of life and personal achievement through a broad range of social, health, and human services. Its programs include education at Baker Hall School and Baker Academy, early education and daycare, and early intervention.

Residential services include a residential treatment facility, intensive treatment, and support for people with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Community-based offerings include outpatient care, foster and emergency foster care, preventive services, care management, and home- and community-based services for children and adults. The organization also provides youth employment and transition programs through The Work Appreciation for Youth (WAY), independent living support through WAY to LIFE, and vocational services.

Its Dental Center offers affordable dental care for families and a school-based dental program. OLV Human Services also provides information and resources for families and caregivers. Based in Lackawanna, New York, it employs nearly 1,000 professionals serving the region
