Despite pursuing a career in Civil Engineering, Gina couldn't resist the call of the kitchen and decided to establish Bakes by Gina in 2021.

Now, with a Degree in Civil Engineering under her belt, Gina brings her unique creations to life, delighting customers at Trader's Markets in Whitehaven Town Centre and supplying Hartley's Beachfront Cafe in St. Bees.
