Bakimat

Bakimat is a family-focused course provider led by Melanie Menge, offering practical and supportive activities for babies, children, parents, expectant families, and other interested participants. Its program centers on massage, movement, relaxation, and carrying, with courses designed to help families share enjoyable experiences and learn useful skills.

Offerings include baby massage, massage for expectant parents, and child massage, as well as the Tragetuchschule, which focuses on babywearing. Families can also join Babyspaß, a program of play, discovery, and movement, or Turnbären, alongside sessions in autogenic training and progressive muscle relaxation. Bakimat provides a varied selection of courses and talks, with online participation available through Zoom for those who are interested.

The baby massage and Babyspaß courses are approved for Germany’s STÄRKE state program, and eligible participants can redeem a STÄRKE voucher. Bakimat welcomes registrations for new courses and provides information about course locations, travel directions, and enrollment through its website.
