Bakkerij de Winkel is a warm bakery located in Brummen. As an artisanal bread and pastry shop with a lunchroom, we are dedicated to baking the most delicious products for you, starting early in the morning before the sun rises. Nearly everything we sell comes from our own bakery.

We use the finest ingredients and employ traditional baking methods by hand, complemented by modern bakery machines when necessary. Our bread assortment is quite unique, with a wide range of options available, including white, brown, multigrain, corn, sunflower, and various types of spelt and sourdough bread. They are sold individually and are between half and full loaf sizes, making them ideal for many people, as each loaf yields approximately 12 slices.

Our bread never has a chance to become stale because you'll have devoured it long before that happens! We are open from Monday to Saturday, from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm. On Sunday mornings, we have a special assortment available for a delightful breakfast or lunch from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. In addition to our bread, we offer a wide selection of pastries that are sure to satisfy your taste buds.

If you're in the mood for a delicious, freshly made sandwich, we can prepare it for you quickly and with the finest ingredients. We also offer refreshing drinks, freshly squeezed orange juice, as well as coffee and tea to-go. At Bakkerij de Winkel, we frequently update our offerings and introduce new products every three months.

Despite facing some challenges, including a well-known fire incident, since our establishment in July 2017 at Marktplein in Brummen, we have remained committed to our passion.

Currently, we are temporarily located at Ambachtstraat 2B, with plans to return to our beloved Marktplein in January 2022. There, we will be situated in a brand new building with a modern artisanal bakery, a charming store, and a delightful terrace with a view of the Marktplein.
