BAK’S Bakery & Deli is a Danish bakery and food business with shops in Middelfart and Nørre Aaby. Its “everyday gourmet” approach combines classic baking with inventive takes on familiar treats, alongside freshly prepared deli food. The range includes bread, cakes, pastries and the bakery’s award-winning rum balls, which took first place at FoodExpo in 2018. More than 10 million rum balls have since been made, and they are shipped to customers and retailers across Denmark.
The business also offers homemade deli products, breakfast, lunch, sandwiches and smørrebrød, prepared from scratch with seasonal ingredients. Customers can order online for collection, while business customers and retailers have separate ordering options. More than 250 retailers carry its products. In Middelfart, a drive-through lets customers pick up baked goods, sandwiches and other items, with advance phone orders available. BAK’S serves both individual customers and business clients, bringing together traditional bakery favourites and a broader café and deli selection.
