Balance Arts Studio is a wellness practice in Nanaimo, British Columbia, founded by Heike Walker, a European-trained health practitioner. Heike is a certified Alexander Technique teacher, reflexology therapist and Bach Remedies practitioner. The studio offers individual services intended to support relaxation, self-awareness and a sense of balance in everyday life.
Alexander Technique sessions focus on how movement, thinking and feeling are connected, helping clients develop greater awareness and move with more ease. Therapeutic reflexology works with the feet and takes a whole-person approach, with the aim of supporting general well-being rather than focusing only on individual symptoms. Bach Remedies are offered to help clients navigate emotional challenges, build inner strength and foster emotional balance.
Balance Arts Studio welcomes people seeking support with stress, discomfort, posture, energy or personal well-being. Heike describes her approach as empathetic and compassionate, and aims to create a caring space for clients. The studio is located at 205 Bird Sanctuary Drive in Nanaimo.
