Lucette Aantjes offers NEI therapy and hormone guidance for women from her practice in Leiderdorp, near Leiden, and online for clients across the Netherlands and Belgium. Her work supports women experiencing stress, restlessness, emotional patterns, or hormonal concerns, including issues related to the menstrual cycle, menopause, PCOS, energy, and sleep.

NEI therapy, or Neuro Emotional Integration, is used to explore unresolved emotions, beliefs, and patterns that may contribute to emotional, mental, or physical complaints. Sessions aim to make these blocks visible and help clients release them without having to relive difficult experiences. Lucette may combine NEI with nutrition advice and a tailored hormone plan.

Services include individual NEI sessions and six-session programmes, hormone programmes of four or six sessions, and an online group programme for four to six participants. She also shares information about fertility support and offers an online course on the nervous system. Lucette draws on experience as a social worker, nutritionist, orthomolecular therapist, hormone specialist, and NEI therapist.
