BALANCE Volleyball

Balance Volleyball is a premier girls' volleyball club established in 2014, located in Cary, Illinois. Founded by Patty Langanis, who boasts over 20 years of coaching and playing experience, the club stands out for its innovative approach to athlete development. Balance Volleyball emphasizes the importance of an off-season, allowing elite players to engage in other sports or training without the pressure of year-round competition.

This structured break aims to reduce overuse injuries, burnout, and loss of motivation, fostering a healthy balance in athletes' lives. The club offers comprehensive programs, including private lessons, weekly open gyms, and specialized training in essential skills such as setting, attacking, and blocking. Athletes can also participate in speed and agility training with experts.

Teams from ages 10 and under to 18 compete in regional tournaments, culminating in participation at major national events, including the AAU National Championships. With a commitment to individualized training and athlete well-being, Balance Volleyball is dedicated to shaping confident and skilled players for the future
