Balans en Opvoeden

Balans en Opvoeden is the coaching practice of Lisanne Stouthart in Amstelveen, supporting parents of toddlers and young children as well as children aged 4–10. Its central aim is to help children feel more balanced, confident, and relaxed, while strengthening understanding and connection within families. Parent coaching helps caregivers make sense of toddlers’ behavior and respond with loving, clear guidance, creating more ease and enjoyment at home.

For children, Lisanne offers individual coaching, particularly for those who are highly sensitive or easily affected by sensory input and the atmosphere around them. Sessions are tailored to each child’s interests and needs, using activities such as play, creative exercises, and practical techniques to recognize and manage emotions, stress, fear, and sadness. Parents may also receive guidance and ideas to use at home, and coaching can address emotions connected with school.
