Ball4Life is a community-driven initiative that brings people together through basketball to support families facing breast cancer. Founded by Margaret Elenis, the organization carries forward her vision of neighbors helping one another during difficult times. Its annual basketball tournament offers athletes, families, and supporters a fun way to connect while raising funds for local families affected by a breast cancer diagnosis.

Proceeds go directly to one or two families nominated by community members and selected to receive assistance. Support is intended to ease everyday pressures, including time away from work, childcare, and other essential needs, while reminding families that they are cared for and not alone. The event also provides general admission for non-players, with free entry for children aged 10 and under when accompanied by a paying adult; player registration may close before the event.

Ball4Life welcomes community nominations, donations, sponsorship, and participation. Its website shares event updates, photographs, press coverage, and ways to get involved, and visitors can sign up for a newsletter.
