Ballarat Kart Club

Ballarat Kart Club is a friendly, volunteer-run karting club based at Haddon, just outside Ballarat, Victoria. Established at the circuit in the early 1960s, the club welcomes families and racers of all ages and abilities, from children starting in Junior Sprockets to experienced Masters competitors. Its 801-metre bitumen track, pits and race facilities support regular practice and organised competition.

For newcomers, the club offers a practical Getting Started guide covering membership, licences, track access and first club days, along with Come and Try sessions where participants can drive a club-owned kart without first buying equipment. Members can access the circuit for practice, and the calendar includes social practice, workshops, club days and race meetings. The club also hosts major events, including rounds of the Victorian Country Series and the Victorian State Cup.

Ballarat Kart Club provides information about race classes, rules, results and club news, as well as membership and licence costs.
