With a humble beginning in 2015, Ballistic Helmet Co. Our initial goal was to offer top-notch IIIA ballistic helmets to our customers without breaking the bank. The business experienced remarkable growth, eventually leading to a change in ownership in 2017.

Alex Poythress and Emmett Armstrong took over the reins and introduced the current brand, Ballistic Armor Co. We started by importing ballistic helmets from China and getting them tested and certified by the reputable NIJ testing lab, H. P.

White Laboratory, Inc. As we grew, we expanded our product range to include American-made armor and developed our own line of custom helmets from Denmark. We pride ourselves on conducting independent NIJ lab ballistic testing and certifications on all our products.

Recently, in August 2022, we underwent a change in ownership and management. We sold the company to a private equity group in White City, OR, and embarked on a company-wide overhaul under new management. Our immediate priorities are fulfilling customer orders, improving our customer service, and strengthening our product inventory.
