Ballon Dor Football Academy

Ballon Dor Football Academy is a youth football coaching organisation serving South East London and Kent. It provides structured, age-appropriate training for children from under-3s to under-16s, welcoming players of different abilities and experience levels. The academy’s experienced coaches help young footballers develop ball control, passing, dribbling, positional awareness, decision-making and tactical understanding, while promoting confidence, discipline, teamwork, resilience and sportsmanship.

Its programmes include sessions for young beginners, pre-academy and academy groups, a technical academy, girls’ football training and personalised one-to-one coaching. The academy also offers holiday camps, international tours, tournaments and opportunities for players to test themselves against other teams. Training is delivered in a positive, supportive environment, with group and individual coaching tailored to each child’s age, needs and goals. Whether a player is discovering football or seeking to advance their abilities, Ballon Dor Football Academy aims to nurture talent and encourage enjoyment of the game. The organisation also highlights a professional club environment for grassroots players and opportunities for girls to participate and progress.
