About Ballonfeesten
The Friese Ballonfeesten have been one of the largest hot air balloon events in the Netherlands since 1986. The 37th edition will take place from the 24th to the 28th of July 2024 at the Nutsbaan in Joure. Each evening, a spectacular display of colorful balloons will light up the sky above Joure and the surrounding Friesian lakes.
Don't miss the enchanting Night Glow closing the balloon spectacle on Friday and Saturday night, followed by live performances by various artists on the music stage. A fun-filled family fair will also be on-site every day, ensuring entertainment for all ages. Experience the thrill of a balloon ride yourself by booking a balloon flight.
