About Baltic
The Baltic Institute of Finland is a non-profit foundation that has been promoting cooperation and projects in various fields between organizations operating in the Baltic Sea Region and throughout Europe since its establishment in 1994. Our mission is to enhance international cooperation between citizens, researchers, experts, the public sector, and the business sector. With our strong expertise in securing EU or national funding and finding the right international partners, we ensure the success of project applications in all fields.
Having prepared, led, or been involved in over 100 European projects and organizing hundreds of events in Europe since the late 1990s, we have played an active role in the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region and its flagship projects since 2005.
