Baltimore Heritage is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the preservation and promotion of Baltimore's historic buildings and neighborhoods. Established in 1960, they work tirelessly, with the help of their small staff, 33 volunteer board members, and numerous volunteers, to ensure that the city's architectural heritage is safeguarded for future generations. Equity is at the heart of Baltimore Heritage's mission, and they strive for diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of their organization.

In their commitment to these values, they conducted a comprehensive self-audit in 2020 to identify areas of improvement and establish goals for the future. They aim to become an even more diverse, equitable, and impactful organization. But Baltimore Heritage's work goes beyond just preserving buildings.
