About Bamboo Bootcamp
Bamboo Bootcamp is a non-profit organization dedicated to educating individuals about the sustainable use of bamboo. Our comprehensive workshop covers everything from bamboo propagation and harvest to construction and various utilizations. Based in Davao City, we offer a 10-day intensive program that provides both theoretical knowledge and practical hands-on experience, allowing participants to delve into the world of bamboo at a millennial level.
Our goal is to promote sustainability and create livelihood opportunities through bamboo, contributing to all 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals. Led by expert facilitators like Arch Jed De Guzman and Rica Janet Villanueva-Gadi, our courses encompass bamboo building fundamentals, design, mini workshops, and market opportunities.
