Banana Moon Day Nursery Mirfield provides childcare in a caring, secure environment designed around the needs of children and their families. Serving Mirfield and Norristhorpe, the nursery welcomes children from three months to five years and aims to support their wellbeing, learning and development through age-appropriate care and activities. Its Mirfield setting has four rooms for different age groups and two outdoor play areas, alongside a curriculum intended to build a firm foundation for children’s futures.

The nursery is open from 7.30 am to 6.30 pm for 51 weeks of the year, with a range of sessions to suit families. Daily food includes breakfast, snacks and two hot meals, prepared to provide nutritious options. Safety measures include CCTV in all rooms and biometric fingerprint entry. Banana Moon also operates term-time out-of-school clubs in Mirfield and Norristhorpe. The nursery welcomes visits and parent feedback, and offers families access to information about fees, facilities, nutrition, the curriculum and its parent app.
