Bandah Box

Bandahbox is a fitness and training brand with locations in Las Rozas and Atocha, Madrid. The gym describes its Las Rozas facility as Spain’s largest training box and welcomes people of all experience levels into an inclusive community. Certified coaches guide members through sessions, adapting exercises to individual abilities and helping them develop their fitness safely and progressively.

Its activities include WOD functional training, with high-intensity, 60-minute classes; gymnastics focused on technique, strength, agility and body awareness; and Olympic weightlifting based on the Clean & Jerk and Snatch. Members can also attend Strength classes for strength, hypertrophy and power, Strongwoman training involving lifting, dragging and carrying heavy objects, and HYROX preparation for the fitness race combining running with workout stations.

Bandahbox offers personal training, as well as nutrition and physiotherapy services to support broader fitness goals. Prospective members can book a free trial class. Membership options include plans for 10 or 15 classes per month, or unlimited classes, with prices listed on the website.
