TeePublic is an online marketplace for discovering and shopping for designs created by independent artists and third-party designers. Its catalog includes apparel for adults and children, such as T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tank tops, and shorts, alongside accessories and home goods. Shoppers can browse items including stickers, hats, phone cases, totes, mugs, pillows, tapestries, and wall art, or explore designs by topic, artist, and popular tags.

The site provides product information such as size charts and material details; the featured T-shirt design, for example, is described as made from combed ringspun cotton, with some size variations depending on availability. TeePublic also offers account features for saving favorite designs, artist and creator resources, and customer support covering order status, shipping, refunds, returns, and exchanges. Its stated policies include free exchanges, and US orders over $70 qualify for free shipping. The company also highlights customer review ratings and promotes a newsletter featuring sales and other updates.
