Band Mule

Band Mule is a band-management service created by musicians to help groups keep gig and rehearsal planning in one place. Available as iPhone and Android apps, as well as a desktop web app, it brings together tools that might otherwise be spread across email, messaging apps and calendars.

Members can use a shared calendar to track gigs and rehearsals, note their availability and add important event details. A private chatroom lets bandmates communicate, while a song library supports creating, reordering and sharing set-lists. Set-lists can be attached to gigs and exported as printable PDFs. Band leaders can invite members and manage access, with invited members able to view shared band information. Users can also create separate profiles, calendars and set-lists for multiple bands under one login.

Band Mule includes a simple website builder for publishing show dates, photos, a band biography and video. The service is free for the first 30 days, after which the account owner can choose a monthly subscription; invited members are covered by that subscription.
