About Bangalore Literature Festival
The Bangalore Literature Festival (BLF) is Bengaluru's largest community-funded literary event and the largest of its kind in India. It is a celebration of the creative spirit that brings together bookworms, bibliophiles, and literature enthusiasts. The festival showcases the literary diversity of Bengaluru and invites local, national, and international writers to engage with the literary community.
With over 250 authors and speakers participating in 170 sessions across two days, the BLF offers a wide range of literary discussions and performances. The festival also features the Children | Literature | Fun segment, catering to young and young-at-heart readers. Additionally, the festival hosts morning music performances by young musicians and presents the Atta Galatta-Bangalore Literature Festival Book Prize.
