Bang Bang Muay Thai is a women-built, women-focused fitness brand offering group training in a supportive, motivating environment. Its academies bring women of different backgrounds and experience levels together to build fitness, skills and confidence, with coaches who help participants work toward personal goals. The program combines Muay Thai training with strength sessions designed to exercise the whole body.
Muay Thai classes use partner drills, Thai pads, punches, kicks and combinations to develop technique, coordination and self-defence skills. Strength classes use equipment such as TRX, kettlebells, torsion bars, slam balls and battle ropes to build muscle and improve form. Bang Bang also offers free meal plans, calorie and macronutrient assessments, goal setting, a macro calculator and simple food-swap guidance to support members beyond their workouts.
New participants can try the service with a free week pass at a selected academy. The brand also provides training packages, an app, and franchise opportunities. Bang Bang Muay Thai aims to make exercise engaging while helping women pursue strength, fitness and wellbeing
