Zamzam Bank, the pioneer in interest-free banking in Ethiopia, is set to construct its headquarters building with a budget of over two billion birr. Located in the Senga tera area, where other financial institutions have established their headquarters, Zamzam Bank aims to create a building that reflects its commitment to public interest. The bank is currently seeking input from shareholders on the design concept, ensuring that it aligns with their vision and services.

The proposed building will consist of more than 30 floors and is expected to be completed within two to three years. This initiative makes Zamzam Bank the first in the industry to construct a head office building at such an early stage. The new headquarters will provide an enhanced platform for delivering interest-free banking services and further solidify the bank's position as a key player in the Ethiopian banking sector
