Bar Dominion is a Montreal gastronomic pub that brings together classic cocktail culture, thoughtful cooking and the character of a historic venue. Newly reimagined by mixologist Andrew Whibley of Bar Cloakroom and chef Pablo Rojas of Provisions, the establishment draws inspiration from the elegance of grand hotels of the past while offering a renewed culinary experience in downtown Montreal.

Its menu features expertly prepared cocktails, wines, champagne and caviar, alongside a full raw bar with fresh oysters and carefully made small plates designed for sharing. Guests can choose from a complete menu and a lunch menu, and the venue also welcomes private events. Online reservations are available, with seating offered daily for walk-in guests as well. Groups of more than six can contact the restaurant by email to arrange their visit.

Located at 1243 Metcalfe Street, Bar Dominion is open every day from 4 p.m. to 1 a.m. Its blend of timeless atmosphere, refined drinks and shareable dishes makes it a distinctive destination for dining and drinks in Montreal.
