Bar Events is a Paris-based collective of professional bartenders and mixologists, serving clients since 2010. The company plans and manages bar services for events ranging from 50 to 3,000 guests, with teams available in Paris, across France, and elsewhere in Europe. Its approach combines attentive service, cocktails prepared to order, and event-bar expertise tailored to each client’s brief.
Services include mobile bar setups, contemporary modular bar furniture for hire, cocktail and barista entertainment, flair bartending, and full bar management. Bar Events offers cocktail selections spanning classics, signature drinks, alcohol-free creations, globally inspired recipes, custom cocktails, and smoothies. Clients can also book cocktail-making and mixology workshops, including online team-building sessions. For its digital workshop, participants receive a cocktail box with tools and ingredients to prepare recipes from home or the office.
The company positions its bartenders as artisans of taste and aims to bring polished, adaptable bar experiences to corporate functions, private parties, weddings, and other receptions.
