About Barbaza MPC
Barbaza Multipurpose Cooperative (BMPC) is a reputable brand and one of the largest and financially stable cooperatives in Western Visayas. With a rich history dating back to its establishment in 1964, BMPC has been committed to meeting the financial needs of its members and the community. Under the guidance of competent leadership, BMPC offers a wide range of products and services to its members.
These include lending and savings programs, time deposits, endowment savings for Overseas Filipinos and their families, cable TV and internet services, otoshiami projects, marketing programs, gasoline station, pharmacy, and various community outreach initiatives. The cooperative also provides educational support through scholarship programs and an adopt-a-school program. With a membership base of over 119,000, BMPC boasts impressive assets and capitalization, ensuring stability and growth.
