Studio Associato Barbieri Tappi is an architecture and urban-planning practice founded in Cesena, Italy, in 2009. Led today by architect-engineer Filippo Barbieri and architect Lorenzo Tappi, the studio continues work begun by architect Riccardo Barbieri. It serves both private and public clients, developing urban and architectural projects with a particular focus on schools and urban regeneration. The studio’s work includes a range of projects, from the new Cesena bus station and the Italian Pavilion at Expo Doha to Conad Pinarella in Cervia, the LABO380 project in Santarcangelo di Romagna, and residential projects such as Casa BL in Cesena and Casa NZ in Bertinoro. Its portfolio also features a nursery school in Longiano. Across these commissions, Barbieri Tappi applies its expertise to public buildings, urban environments and private architecture, shaping places that respond thoughtfully to their users and setting.
