Barcelona Convention Bureau (BCB), part of Turisme de Barcelona, supports organizers planning congresses, meetings and events in the city. Its website presents Barcelona as a destination for sustainable, safe and innovative events, highlighting the city’s technology, science and quality of life. The bureau helps planners navigate the practical details of organizing an event, bringing together information and professional services in one place.

Resources include guidance on accommodation, meeting facilities, venues, gastronomy, local partners, transport, conference services and incentive ideas. Organizers can also consult the congress calendar, explore graphic resources and submit a request for proposal. BCB’s sustainable events guide offers recommendations, practical examples and a checklist for making events more sustainable. Its Legacy Program aims to help congresses and events create a positive, lasting impact on the local area.

The bureau also shares destination information, event news and details about its team and members. Through these services, Barcelona Convention Bureau connects event organizers with the knowledge and local resources needed to plan successful events in Barcelona.
