Barclay & Strauss is an estate-planning provider focused on helping people arrange their affairs through tailored, practical support. Its main service is will writing, designed around each client’s circumstances and preferences. The company aims to make the process straightforward for people who want to protect their family’s interests but have limited time to manage the arrangements.

Clients can handle the process by phone and email, at a time that suits them, rather than needing to spend hours coordinating appointments. Barclay & Strauss says it has arranged thousands of wills in this way and provides guidance throughout, including answering clients’ questions. Its service helps people decide how their money and possessions should be distributed, a choice that may not be available if they die without a will.

Based in Camberley, Surrey, Barclay & Strauss is a member of the Society of Will Writers. The company notes that it is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and that its service does not replace a lawyer’s advice on complex estate-planning matters.
