Gymnastics classes serve children ages 18 months to 17 years, from beginners to advanced athletes. Offerings include Parent/Tot, recreational and team gymnastics, tumbling, and Ninja Warrior activities, with training that develops strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and perseverance. The center also provides Montessori learning for children ages 3 to 6, including preschool and kindergarten programs. Learning areas cover practical life, sensorial experiences, language, math, and the arts, encouraging independence and self-expression.

Additional offerings include birthday celebrations, summer camps, and elementary programs. Bare Foot describes its facility as equipped for gymnastics and academic learning, with modern apparatus and a focus on safety. With varied class options and programs for different ages and abilities, the center aims to help children develop at their own pace while building skills, friendships, and self-esteem.
