Baremotherhood is a breastfeeding and pumping support brand founded in 2017 by a mother whose personal breastfeeding experiences and healthcare background inspired her to become a lactation counselor. The brand aims to help parents feel informed and supported through both the rewarding and challenging parts of their feeding journey.

Its services include virtual consultations for pregnancy preparation, pumping concerns, flange sizing and weaning. Sessions address topics such as latching, nursing positions, pump selection and use, milk supply, pumping at work, oversupply and personalized weaning plans. Some packages also provide follow-up text support, including guidance on flange sizing using photos and videos.

Baremotherhood offers practical products and resources, including the BareShield flange adapters, a silicone flange ruler and downloadable PDF guides. Guides cover subjects such as changing pump parts, increasing breastmilk supply, returning to work while breastfeeding and managing oversupply. The shop also features accessories, T-shirts and gift certificates. Through its blog, the brand shares information on pumping, sanitizing equipment and workplace rights, helping families find useful guidance alongside personalized support.
