About Bar Monkey Calisthenics
Bar Monkey is Ireland's leading calisthenics club, based in Ballybrack, Co. Dublin. We have been in operation since 2014 and have always been dedicated to promoting the sport of calisthenics throughout the country.
Our club places a strong emphasis on youth development and recognizes the positive impact that sports can have on young people. Our youth programs focus on developing our members in three key areas: physical, emotional, and cognitive aspects. As the official representative for Ireland in the World Street Workout Calisthenics Federation (WSWCF), we are proud to be at the forefront of freestyle calisthenics.
This sport allows individuals to express themselves through movement and learn new skills in a social environment. Calisthenics not only offers physical and visual appeal but also provides significant emotional benefits.
