Barnas Fysioterapeut

Ute Imhof, known as Barnas Fysioterapeut, is a specialist paediatric physiotherapist offering individualized care for infants and children with a range of physical and developmental concerns. Her work includes assessment and treatment related to KISS/KIDD, torticollis, foot deformities, hip dysplasia, scoliosis, plexus injuries, delayed motor development, prematurity and neurological conditions. She also supports families dealing with issues such as feeding difficulties, unsettled sleep, restricted movement and challenges with physical contact or attachment.

Each child receives a thorough individual functional assessment, supplemented by a neurological examination. Imhof uses a range of treatment techniques and takes a holistic approach, considering symptoms together while helping parents support their child’s wellbeing and development. The practice offers guidance and exercises for everyday care, and appointments may be available at short notice; a doctor’s referral is not required.

Imhof has worked in paediatric physiotherapy since 1981, became a specialist in 2000 and has run a children’s clinic since 2006.
