Barnes Baby Sleep is a baby and child sleep consultancy founded by Emily, a certified sleep consultant based in Barnes, South West London. The service supports families in London and worldwide through virtual consultations, with in-person home visits available in South West London. Emily works with children from newborn to age three, offering gentle, evidence-based guidance and personalised plans tailored to each child and family’s needs.

Families can choose from several support options: an Essential package with a bespoke plan and scheduled follow-ups; a WhatsApp package with two weeks of messaging support; a Home Visit package with hands-on help at nap time; or Premium Night One, which includes in-person support on the first night. Each programme begins with a free discovery call and a detailed sleep history, followed by a written plan and ongoing support. Emily draws on more than a decade of experience working with children in London schools, as well as her own experience as a parent.
