About Barrakav Properties
Barrakav Properties is a premier provider of high-quality, flexible, and affordable accommodation. Established in 2009, we offer turnkey housing solutions for professionals, working tenants, and companies in need of housing for their staff. Our portfolio consists of fully-furnished and stylish homes located in Portsmouth, Southsea, and Salisbury.
Our homes are modern, clean, and comfortable, equipped with amenities such as Sky+ HD and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi. We understand the inconvenience and expense of moving furniture, so our homes come fully-furnished and comprehensively-equipped. All bills, including council tax and a weekly cleaner, are covered in the rent, providing tenants with an entirely predictable budget.
We prioritize the comfort and satisfaction of our tenants by providing a dedicated Property Manager in each town we operate in, available 24/7 to address any emergencies. Additionally, we eliminate the hassle of deposits and references, requiring only proof of earnings and ID for a smooth rental process. Whether you need weekly accommodation or a long-term rental, Barrakav Properties offers a complete housing solution without the constraints of a minimum-term tenancy agreement.
