Barrhaven Scottish Rugby Football Club (BSRFC) is an Ottawa-based rugby club bringing together players of different ages and experience levels through competitive and social sport. Rooted in tradition and focused on fun, community, and player development, the club offers programs for children from age six through adults over 50. Its teams and programs include minors, co-ed, youth, junior, senior women’s and senior men’s rugby, as well as Old Boys. The club also highlights opportunities such as an under-18 tour to Italy.

BSRFC follows Rugby Ontario’s Long-Term Player Development program, providing development pathways that have helped players progress to provincial and national representation. Its coaches are certified by Rugby Canada and World Rugby, and the club supports their continued development. Beyond playing, members can stay involved as coaches, referees, administrators, or volunteers. Operated as a registered not-for-profit, BSRFC promotes respect, responsible participation, and community involvement, including food drives and fundraisers supporting organizations such as the Barrhaven Food Cupboard.
