Barri is a dedicated community advocate and experienced public servant who has made significant contributions to the San Fernando Valley over nearly two decades. With a background in high-ranking positions within the California State Legislature, the former Mayor of Los Angeles' office, and nonprofit leadership, Barri is passionate about improving her community. A graduate of UC San Diego and USC, Barri is running for City Council to ensure the Valley's voices are heard and to tackle significant challenges facing Los Angeles.
