Welcome to Barrio Eat Mexican, located in the heart of Carlsbad Village just steps from the beach. We offer the best Mexican food in Carlsbad, with a menu filled with flavorful and authentic dishes made from scratch each day. Whether you're craving street tacos, burritos, enchiladas suizas, or our delicious homemade tamales, we have something for everyone.

But it's not just the food that makes us special. At Barrio, we capture the love of the Latin Spirit with our vibrant patio, bar, and colorful dining room. We even welcome dogs on our patio and outdoor bar area, so bring your furry friends along! Come and join us at the corner of Grand Avenue and State Street, and allow our friendly staff to start you off with a house-made margarita, ice-cold cerveza, or one of our over 100 tequilas.

We're open daily for patio and dine-in service, and we also offer takeout and curbside pickup. Gift certificates are available for purchase, making them the perfect gift for any occasion. Don't miss out on the Barrio experience!
