The club offers age-specific group classes, including a Nursery Class for children aged 6 to 8, a Junior Class for ages 8 to 16, and a Senior Class for people aged 17 and over. Sessions introduce boxing fundamentals and help members develop fitness, strength, agility and discipline. Personal training is also available, with tailored workouts for a range of abilities and fitness goals. The club provides disability training and holds sparring days, bringing members together with other gyms in friendly, competitive settings.
