BASEBALL FUTURE is a Japanese baseball training company focused on helping players develop through scientific, movement-based analysis rather than relying on instinct alone. Founded as an initiative in 2018 and incorporated in 2022, the company supports individual athletes and teams through coaching, performance measurement, and training technology.

Its one-to-one lessons pair each player with a coach and cover batting, pitching, fielding, and weight training. Coaches analyze movement to help improve swing speed and consistency, pitching velocity and control, fielding efficiency, and baseball-specific strength, while considering each player’s age and goals. Lessons are offered at four locations in Tokyo.

BASEBALL FUTURE also provides instruction and on-site baseball ability assessments for schools and club teams. Its free BF Training Log app lets players record measures such as pitching velocity, physical attributes, jumping ability, strength, and flexibility, then review age-based evaluations and progress graphs. The company’s support includes work with professional players and teams; it has supported Tokyo’s Hoyo Gakuin baseball team since 2022. Its approach combines technical development with attentive, player-focused guidance.
