About The Baseball Island Foundation
The Baseball Island Foundation is dedicated to helping Dominican youth pursue their MLB dreams while prioritizing education. Founded by Jay Quinn, a seasoned baseball coach and educator, the foundation collaborates with local businesses and international experts to provide a comprehensive support system. Offering a free pro-level player development program, the foundation focuses on coaching, academic support, and life skills training for aspiring baseball players.
From MLB Elite Camps to English language lessons and baseball-specific yoga, the foundation covers all aspects of a player's development. With a dedicated team of coaches, including former professional players like Nicolas Debora and Leonardo Alcantara, the foundation ensures that every young athlete receives the guidance they need to succeed.
