Baseball Manitoba is the provincial organization supporting the development of baseball across Manitoba. Its work focuses on providing leadership, resources, and opportunities for players, coaches, umpires, and communities, while promoting participation and sportsmanship. The organization offers player development through divisions and programs, camps and clinics, and high-performance opportunities. It also provides coach training, certification information, development resources, and support through the Baseball Manitoba Coaches Association. Umpires can access training and certification information, resources, and opportunities to host clinics.

Baseball Manitoba works to grow the game through initiatives including baseball in Indigenous communities, urban Winnipeg, girls’ baseball, Challenger Baseball, Baseball5, and Rally Cap. Its services also include facility grants and maintenance resources, scholarships, events, and provincial championship information. The organization shares news, safety guidance, rulebook information, and Safe Sport resources, and supports registration for players, coaches, and umpires. Based in Winnipeg, Baseball Manitoba acknowledges the Indigenous peoples and Métis homeland connected to the territories where it operates, and welcomes all nations to participate in baseball.
