BASE is an early-stage care coordination and progress-tracking platform designed for children with autism and the people who support them. Founded by two autism moms, the brand aims to bring families, therapists, teachers, aides, and other caregivers together around a shared understanding of each child’s daily experiences. Its app lets team members record updates about progress, behaviors, moods, meals, and daily activities from their phones, helping information from home, school, and therapy stay in one place.

BASE also offers insights intended to help caregivers identify patterns, understand what is working, and celebrate a child’s achievements. The platform is designed to complement existing therapy, school, and home routines, not replace ABA therapy or other clinical services. A child’s Hero Profile can include a personalized illustrated avatar, and families can preview the superhero illustration feature on the website.

BASE is currently recruiting Founding Families for early access and product feedback. Pricing has not been finalized; the company is exploring family subscriptions and provider-, employer-, health-plan-, school-, and community-sponsored access
