Basile Arte

Basile Arte is the artistic practice and creative team associated with Italian artist Luigi Basile, born in Crotone in 1981. Trained in jewellery and metal arts, Basile has developed a distinctive approach to copper repoussé, combining the traditional technique with experimentation, inventive surface treatments and, in some works, oil painting. Since beginning his artistic career in 1999, he has also created paintings, sculptures and monuments. His work has been presented at exhibitions and events in Italy and internationally, including in Milan, Rome, Paris, Shanghai, Monaco, Monte Carlo, Moscow and St. Petersburg, and is held in public and private collections.

Basile Arte offers original artworks across several categories, including copper relief, painting, sculpture, monuments and mixed media. Its team also works with clients on bespoke artistic projects, supporting development from the initial idea through feasibility assessment. Commissions include custom logos and signs, family crests, decorative trays, book-form artworks, paintings and fireplace hoods. The studio aims to understand each client’s needs and translate their message and values into a tailored artwork.
