Basing View

Basing View is a business destination and urban business quarter in the heart of Basingstoke, developed by Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council. Combining the green space of a business park with a central town location, it aims to create a welcoming environment for work, investment and community growth. The 65-acre mixed-use area already accommodates around one million square feet of occupied floorspace and 4,000 employees, including businesses ranging from international corporations to innovative start-ups.

The destination offers business space options for organisations of different sizes, from small and medium-sized enterprises to major companies. Several development sites are available for new commercial, office, residential or mixed-use projects, with opportunities ranging from smaller office schemes to developments of more than 200,000 square feet. Some plots have planning consent for Grade A office space.

Basing View is within walking distance of Basingstoke town centre, its railway station and more than 200 shops. Trains reach London in about 45 minutes, while Heathrow Airport is around a 45-minute drive away.
